摘要：The issue of formation and uses of the national economy financial resources was considered. In theory, the essence of definition of "financial resources" was summarized and substantiated at the micro, meso- and macrolevel. The problems of forming the financial resources of the state, namely the state budget, as a major national fund of the centralized financial resources were summarized and substantiated. The basic macroeconomic indicators characterizing the status of the financial resources of Ukraine and their use in 2005-2015 were analyzed. The structure of tax and non-tax revenues to the state budget was shown. Much attention was paid to the budget spending, reflecting the priorities of socio-economic development. The changes in the budget deficit ratio to the GDP of Ukraine and its relationship with the public debt were studied. The priority areas of using the national financial resources were revealed.
