摘要：본 연구에서는 한민족과학기술자네트워크, 코센의 오픈랩이라는 서비스를 타겟으로 하여 사용자 참여형 서비스를 어떻게 활성화할 수 있는지를 연구해보았다. 과학기술 전 분야에 대한 연구실 데이터베이스 서비스인 오픈랩은 일방적인 데이터 수집에 의한 DB 구축이 아닌 사용자들이 자신의 연구실 정보를 직접 입력하는 자발적인 참여를 지향하고 있다는 점에서 여타 서비스들과는 다르다. 사용자 참여형 서비스는 게시판 개설만으로는 저절로 운영되지 않으므로, 홍보, 활성화이벤트 개최, 타 서비스와의 연계 등 다양한 전략을 세우고 실행해보았다. 그 결과 현재 약 4,300개의 연구실 데이터를 확보할 수 있었다. 사용자 참여형 서비스는 웹 2.0 시대의 핵심 개념이라 할 수 있으므로 본 연구는 유사 서비스의 운영에 도움이 되리라 생각되며 특히 과학기술자들이라는 특수 집단을 대상으로 서비스하는 정보 사이트의 운영에 기여하는 바가 크리라 기대된다.
其他摘要：We studied the methods for boosting a user participating service using KOSEN(The Global Network or Korean Scientists and Engineers) OpenLab service. OpenLab is a laboratory database of all the fields of science and technology, and it is different from other services in that basically it makes users register their information volunteerly. User participation service is not easy, so we made several strategies like promotion, event, and connection to other services. In result, we could collect about 4,300 laboratory database. Because user participation is a key concept for the Web 2.0, this study would contribute to the operation of the related services, especially to the services for scientists and engineers.
