摘要：공공도서관 자원봉사가 점점 확대되고 그 중요성이 커지는 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관 자원봉사의 운영 및 관리의 중요성을 바탕으로, 광진구립도서관의 사례를 자원봉사 기획부문, 자원봉사자 관리부문, 자원봉사 행정부문으로 나누어 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 기존 연구를 이론적 바탕으로 광진구립도서관의 해당 사례들을 심층 조사하고, 공공도서관에서 자원봉사에 관한 의미를 찾아보고 분석하였다. 본 연구의 조사결과 공공도서관 자원봉사의 운영과 관리는 공공도서관의 업무수행과 운영에 밀접한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다.
其他摘要：As the volunteer activity has become universal, volunteer activities of public libraries have also grown both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this context, this in-depth case study builds a theoretical background on the volunteer activity of public libraries and examines the volunteer activity management of Kwangjin Public Library including its planning, personal management and administration. By so doing, this study aims at enhancing our understanding on the volunteer activity management of public libraries.
