摘要：The work presented in this paper aims to demonstrate the challenges in the implementation of Information System Strategy in Saudi based business environment in general and in a bank. To illustrate these challenges, this paper employs a case study and a survey to investigate the types of challenges in a bank. The paper then displays analysis and discussion of the survey results. Based on the responses, it presents some recommendations that may help to overcome these difficulties. The results strongly indicate that the management challenges between IT and business could be avoided if there were an adequate connection between IT and business.
