摘要：Quality assurance is a dynamic process that requires building upon in accordance with the changes in society and economy. The increase in the number of public and private universities, colleges and faculties as well as in the number of students requires systematic monitoring and development of an internal quality assurance system (IQAS) in order for the institutions and students to remain competitive, equal and recognized across the European Union. It is therefore extremely important that higher education institutions recognize the importance of quality assurance and continuous improvement of the quality of higher education and that the aspiration to achieve high quality standards becomes reality and everyday intertwining within the entire academic community and wider.
