摘要：The article presents suggestions for bilingual, multilingual and bilingualized learners' dictionaries which would be used for both passive and active learning of Croatian language. The major part of the dictionaries would have all relevant grammatical forms of a certain word in order to enable foreigners, even absolute beginners, to use the Croatian words accurately. The Dictionaries would also include lists of words according to different topics and lists of irregular or unpredictable forms. Difficulties that occur during the production of these dictionaries, such as the choice of words and their semantical scope, are also discussed.
