摘要:The text we present was based on a research carried out in the Postgraduate Program in Rehabilitation and Inclusion of the Methodist University Center - IPA, which studied the perception of teachers with physical, visual o auditory deficiency on their inclusion process in the Academy. The study was carried out at the Methodist University Center of Porto Alegre, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. All the subjects of the research were made up of two physically disabled, one visually impaired and one hearing impaired, who work as university professors in this institution. As a a qualitative study, a semi-structured interview was conducted. The result of the study is presented in the form of an orientation guide. Among the conclusions of the research, we highlight the necessary attention of institutions and teachers to the possibility that, even if they are included, teachers with disabilities feel partially included. The study is aligned in the context of the metamorphic conditions through which educational institutions pass in contemporary times. Thus, this article, based on the text of the master's dissertation that the research resulted, intends to add to the discussions that currently take place on the subject of university governance and people management.
