摘要：For women by soldiers violence in the past is one type of violence that continues today. In particular, riots, war, facing women in times of emergency, such as a violent impact of this type is more common. Some soldiers have been acts of violence against women during riots in the early Republican period. It has experienced this type of victimization in Tunceli in 1938. This event is not true and it would be unfair to attribute all soldiers. Some soldiers are not involved in violence. “History is not repeating mistakes” as said Sultan II. Abdülhamid, after removing experienced those lessons to protect themselves from such a tragedy and mistakes and it is necessary to allow them to more experienced.
