标题:O COMPORTAMENTO DO CONSUMIDOR EM LOJAS DE VAREJO: UMA INVESTIGAÇÃO DE VALORES COM BASE NA TEORIA DA CADEIA DE MEIOS E FINS NAS CIDADES DE UBERLÂNDIA E UBERABA
摘要:This paper aims to identify the determining values on retail shops choosing in the cities of Uberlândia e Uberaba, Minas Gerais, and also, highlights witch attributes/ consequences lead to these values based on the local consumer perception. They had been used topics of the Means-end-chain Theory, associated with the laddering technique that allows accomplishing interviews in supermarkets of these two cities. Both the literature as in the empirical research had disclosed values like: comfort, security, personal and familiar well being, accomplishment, time and money to spend with other things that are reached by consequences linked with the attributes: cleanness and organization, attendance, product variety, price, localization and parking.
