  • 摘要:This article discusses the processes by which the bonds are established in the interpersonal relationships and examines the possible differences in the construction of identities of public employee and workers hired by the Consolidation of Labor Laws (not state workers) belonging to a Federal Higher Education Institution. The literature has addressed the concepts of socialization, bonds, identification and identity . The research is qualitative and the method employed was the case study. The main instrument collected data was analyzed by semi-structured interview using the technique of content analysis. The data showed that some factors compromise the binding and identification of the public employee with the organization, such as: obsolete equipment and inadequate physical facilities; limited opportunity for career progression; internal competition and disputes; personal conflicts. Workers hired by the Consolidation of Labor Laws have similar perceptions, despite directorships exercisable by state workers. Finally, it was found that a good corporate image allows to build strong feeling of belonging.
