摘要:Cooperation networks between companies are strategies used by managers to act in the market in order to generate more value to businesses and gain competitive advantage. But to do so, companies need to adapt the new way of operating and new activities and agreements signed in the network. Accordingly, the objective of this article is to provide a theoretical and analytical framework that allows conceive what changes may occur in organizations to form or insert in interorganizational networks. Therefore, it was analyzed the changes in companies that integrate network according to three dimensions: content, context and process. This article is a theoretical essay to form an analytical base about the subject. It was found that there are different changes that may interfere the routine of activities of the business partners such as, new pattern of activities, change in organizational autonomy, power levels, trusts, new technology, learning, etc.. The factors found and discussed in this theoretical article refer to the need of companies adapt to the new organizational form and manage changes to continue the arrangement and obtain for themselves the advantages that this type of organizational strategy can provide.
