摘要：The Electronic Invoice (e-NF) is a project to modernize tax administration in Brazil. The main objective was to analyze the results after implantation of e-NF in organizational processes of the organization, comparing with the benefits originally proposed by public agencies, as well as identify other unexpected benefits. The qualitative research was conducted based on documental research and interviews. The respondents were the project manager and representatives of impacted business processes. Almost all the proposed benefits initially were confirmed and other benefits were identified that generated positive results in the company studied. Among investigated the benefits, cost savings with shipping tax document, document storage and payroll tax were the three main benefits obtained, while the other benefits investigated had smaller impact. The adoption of the NF-studied and organization has been successful and has brought unexpected gains initially.
