摘要:The leadership role has been the subject of debates in the organizational field. In this context, the article presents a discussion on how strategic leaders occupy mediation role between capital and labor and how the actor's interests are attended. This theoretical paper discusses how the concept of strategic leadership can be a form of exercise autocratic power, given its ability to depersonalization. One cannot deny that the structure and modes of organization reflects on social and individual life of people. In this context, individuals are not taxable, but assets in that results.
