标题：O PROCESSO DE FORMULAÇÃO E IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DAS ESTRATÉGIAS A PARTIR DA PERCEPÇÃO DE SEUS REITORES: ESTUDO MULTICASOS NAS UNIVERSIDADES DE SANTA CATARINA
摘要：The article aims to evaluate the contribution of leadership in the formulation and implementation of strategy in Higher Education Institutions of the Education System of Santa Catarina. The theoretical framework used to guide the research in relation to strategic planning, met authors such as Ansoff (1991) and Pereira (2010), in relation to the strategy, was founded by authors such as Mintzberg, Ahlstrand and Lampel (2010), Mintzberg, Lampel , Quinn and Ghoshal (2006) and with regard to organizational leadership were the principal authors Northouse (2012), Tanure (2011), Van Vugt et al (2004). The research is characterized as a study of multicase qualitative, descriptive and applied character, and uses semi-structured interview as a tool for data collection. As a result of this study, it can be concluded that leadership and contributes directly influences the process of formulating and implementing the strategy in heis surveyed to achieve their institutional goals.
