摘要:Despite women’s participation in the labor market, the responsibilities of everyday life still bring about a series of unequal gender relations. We tried to analyze how are the relationships of women in the management of solidarity economy organizations in the city of Uberlândia, MG. The categories – complicity, resistance, confrontation – of Medeiros (2008), and its influence on the dimensions of social management – social, economic, ecological and organizational and technical – of Andion (2005), composed the study. We used direct observation with the field diary, and data collection comprised of documentary analysis, narratives and individual interviews. The results showed that the management has shortcomings, and conflicts in relationships, influenced by gender categorizations, affect the development of organizations.
