摘要:The process of implementing the goals set in strategic planning is a major challenge in the management of organizations. This involves the alignment of goals and actions at different levels: strategic, tactical and operational. Thus, the study aims is to discuss and illustrate the process of strategic, tactical and operational alignment in a large company with the multi criteria methodology for decision aiding – constructivist (MMDA-C). The method used to develop this descriptive research was conducted through a literature review and case study design type. With the aid of the MCDA-C methodology the company has been gradually getting harmonize, clarify and measure the interests of regulators, shareholders, customers, employees and society in general, aligning the efforts of all. With this, in due proportion, to all levels objectives and goals to be achieved are defined. With this negotiated goal-setting process, combined with a policy consequences, the organization managed to align strategic vision with its operation, achieving consistent results at all levels of planning.
