摘要:We intended to elucidate relationships between individualism and spaces commonly associated with collective participation. For this, individualistic characteristics were reached within two cooperatives. From narratives emerged three empirical indices: the absence of formal controls; validation of leadership; and strategies for collective development. These were related to theoretical indices as mechanical and organic solidarity; cooperatives; and the qualitative and quantitative individualism. The relationships illustrated through the "how" and in the second instance, through the force. The result achieved was the emergence of a Solidary Individualism. By showing the location of indices, we contribute to a non aprioristic view of organizational reality, which culminates in deeper perception of the cooperative universe, and questioning the analysis of the values that permeate organizations.
