摘要:Innovation isn´t more an option for organizations, turning to be a mandatory and institutional legitimizing requirement, moving the center of the debate to the need to devise innovative ways of managing organizational knowledge, especially due to the significant increase in the cost of carrying out R & D, which essentially consist in transforming organizational knowledge into products and processes. However it reveals the convergence of knowledge organization of the R & D activities with the effective implementation, what represents dimension of high complexity because of the influence of variables resulting from the organizational culture, represented through symbols, language, narratives, myths, among others. Aiming to offer contributions to the debate was held the theoretical review of themes such organizational culture, the individual identity-building process in the organizational environment, selective perception in social environments, the typology and the transfer of knowledge and innovation management models and knowledge in R & D activities. The dialogue between seminal and contemporaries authors of these issues, evidenced the way in which the process of knowledge management in this technical area is influenced by organizational culture.
