摘要:This article aims to verify the patterns of linkages between individuals and the organization as part of the 13thMilitary Fire Battalion ( BBM ), headquartered in the city of Camboriú / SC , based on the commitment of ties,entrenchment and consent. The survey included a sample of 105 firefighters from a population of 135 squaresfirefighters belonging to the chosen BBM , who responded to the questionnaires . The research method used wasa quantitative case study, with descriptive and exploratory feature , using the questionnaire as a fundamentaltechnique for the data collection . The research found that the commitment of the bond is predominant , reachingthe level of 78 % among firefighters , followed by the consent of bond with 18% and entrenchment with 4 %.
