摘要:In this article, we show some conclusions obtained from the analysis of one of the educational activities of the Judiciary Regional Memory Center (CMRJU/IMHC/UCS) focused on teachers' and researchers' education, mainly history students, from the Universidade de Caxias do Sul. To this end, through a case study, we present, discuss and apply the methodology created specifically to develop, in conjunction, the skills and competencies of research and teaching. Thus, by examining a paternity investigation lawsuit, we carry out some discussions on 1) the social position of the source and its characters; 2) the relations between the voices of people and institutions; 3) the central and peripheral subjects; and 4) the educational appropriations arising for the researcher. In this way, we demonstrate that the use of lawsuits in the classroom is configured as a strong feature to mediate some renewed approaches on the school and academic knowledge.
