摘要：The purpose of this paper is to discuss recent developments in the law which are of interest to lawyers whose practice relates to the oil and gas industry. It deals with both regulatory decisions and statutory developments. In order to place some limit on the scope of the paper, only federal and Alberta legislative developments are reported. The regulatory decisions dealt with emanate from a variety of national and provincial boards.
