摘要：This paper examines the current regulatory framework respecting the export of AIberta natural gas to United States markets. It contains an outline of the current Canadian and certain American regulatory requirements to be fulfilled, discusses producer concerns respecting some effects of certain of these requirements and briefly raises certain practical concerns respecting available pipeline capacity required to transport natural gas from Alberta to the United States.
