摘要：This article proposes to open a dialogue on the contribution of the concept of Collective Intelligence developed by Lévy (2000) to the Information System proposed by González de Gómez (2003). Therefore, it analyzes the development of the concept of collective intelligence from the perspective of authors such as Castells (1999), Freire (2013), Levy (1996) and Pine (2008), trying to find a link between this and the concept of Information regime. So were raised some critical reflections on the construction of the concept of Collective Intelligence believing it as a 'way of life' which is consolidated from a formative information action, therefore, one of the pillars that also supports the concept information regime.
