摘要：The objective of this essay is to treat some of the principal currents of thinking about the information technology revolution. Through a reading of a variety of empirical and theoretical studies (in particular relating to the tertiary sector work), this essay seeks to open up fields of reflection on approaches and analytical categories, social actors and culture in order to produce theoretical insights as to what is at stake.
