摘要:The main issue of this paper is related to two aspects: the shaping of a new citizenship and the management "praxis" of social features of the labour relations in Brazil. Assuming that there is a causal link between these two aspects, the author also proposes a concept of "social management" to understand management and technological changes in organizations. Without effective social changes (relaied with a new ciiizenship) in the field of labour process and relations, technical or managerial reforms tend to be a failure.
