摘要:This paper approaches the relationship between management culture and business strategies in farms. This study was brought about in 35 big farms from South and Zona da Mata of the State of Minas Gerais. The statistical analysis at 5% level of significance demonstrates that exists relationship between management culture and implementation of business strategies.
