摘要:This study’s objective was to develop a method for identifying training effects on performance, at individual and organizational levels, a still rare combination in the scientific literature. The study was made at Banco do Brasil, with 218 MBA in Marketing ex-trainees. Data collection included questionnaires for self and third party assessments and interviews. In the questionnaires, respondents have assessed the contribution of training for individual and organizational performance improvements, and organizational support for training transfer. In the interviews, indicators of organizational performance improvements were identified, based on the highest impacts perceived by the respondents. The results demonstrate that the perceived impact of training, for most part of individual and organizational performances, was considered between good and great. The methodology used was adequate to identify organizational performances improvement noticed as most affected by the training. Methodological and theoretical implications and future perspectives are discussed.
