  • 摘要:The present article is situated within the field of methodology of teaching and its purpose is to expose the model applied in two of the optional disciplines of the Law School curriculum of the University of São Paulo, whose guiding principle is the renewal of the teaching of International Law. Therefore, the following structure has been adopted: first, an brief exposal of the method of teaching applied in the disciplines. Then, the explanation of the proposed model and its unfoldings in each one of the activities and, finally, a balance of the results that have been achieved against the challenges yet to be overcome. A generally positive reaction of the students to the chosen model has been observed. Furthermore, among challenges to overcome, it has been verified that some of the identified problems are systemic, that is, related to the structure of the law course as a whole, that points to a need to deepen the discussions about the teaching methodology that is currently being applied to the law courses in general.
