摘要：This paper purports that manufacturing strategy is a strategic asset. To prove that manufacturing strategy is valuable, it is determined that manufacturing strategy is linked to manufacturing success which is linked to business success. To capitalize on manufacturing strategy as a strategic asset, the factors that influence a successful strategy are determined.
