  • 摘要:This paper finds that branded fresh beef expenditures increased from 20.8 percent in 1998 to 28.6 percent in 2004 for all fresh beef expenditures. In addition, geographic location, household income, household race, and household size were found to affect the likelihood of branded fresh beef purchases in 2004.
