摘要：L’identité haïtienne, l’Haïtianité, est exprimée au sein de la Diaspora haïtienne aussi bien voire plus que sur le territoire national. Cette expression identitaire qui fonctionne comme un mouvement social a permis à la diaspora d’atteindre ses objectifs, c’est-à-dire s’insérer en territoire d’accueil et devenir un moteur de développement territorial en Haïti. Les conséquences positives de l’action diasporique dans la dynamique économique territoriale en Haïti apparaissent alors comme des atouts qui méritent d’être pris en compte dans une démarche de planification du développement.
其他摘要：Haitian identity, namely Haitianity, is even stronger within the Haitian Diaspora than it is within Haitians stayed in the country. This Haitianity that appears like a social movement has contributed to help the Haitian Diaspora be inserted in host countries and become major player in the development of Haiti. The Diaspora is seen as an asset that should be used for the economic development of the country.
