摘要：مقدمه: با توجه به عدم وجود اطلاعات كافي در خصوص ميزان جابجايي و چرخش مهرههاي كمري در جامعه ايراني از اينرو مطالعه حاضر به بررسی ميزان جابجايي و چرخش مهرههاي کمری مردان سالم در جامعه ایران ميپردازد.مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، 22 مرد داوطلب سالم در محدوده سنی 43-21 سال شرکت داشتند. متغیرهای رادیوگرافی شامل جابجایی و چرخش مهرهها در سطح ساجیتال بودند که به روش پنجابي محاسبه شدند. از روش پوتو برای اخذ رادیوگرافی فلکسیون- اکستانسیون استفاده شد. سه کلیشه در وضعیتهای طبيعي، فلکسیون و اکستانسیون کامل از بیماران اخذ شد. پس از اسکن، کلیشهها وارد محیط نرمافزار CARA شده و متغیرهای مربوطه از آن استخراج شدند. از آمارههای توصیفی بهمنظور توصیف متغیرهای مورد مطالعه استفاده شده استنتايج: جابجايي 15/1 ميليمتر در سطح L1-2، 58/1 ميليمتر در سطح L2-3، 44/2 ميليمتر سطح L3-4، 80/2 ميليمتر در سطح L4-5 و 18/1 ميليمتر در سطح L5-S1 بهدست آمد. ميزان چرخش 25/10 درجه در سطح L1-2، 83/11 درجه در سطح L2-3، 61/13 درجه در سطح L3-4، 11/17 درجه در سطح L4-5 و 26/16 درجه در سطح L5-S1 حاصل شد.نتيجهگيري: نتایج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر نشاندهنده متوسط جابجایی کمتر از 3 میلیمتر و متوسط چرخش کمتر از 20 درجه در سطوح حرکتی ستون فقرات کمری میباشد كه موافق با نظر برخي پژوهشگران و مخالف برخي ديگر است.
其他摘要：Introduction: Due to the dearth of information on lumbar vertebrae translation and rotation in the Iranian population, the present study aimed at investigating the quantitative motion profiles of lumbar spine in the Iranian male population.Methods: A total of 22 healthy volunteer males aged between 21-43 years old participated in this descriptive study. Radiographic variables including vertebral translation and rotation in sagittal plane were calculated through Panjabiُs method. The method proposed from Putto was used for lumbar flexion- extension radiography. Three radiographies were taken in neutral, full flexion and full extension positions. The radiographies scanned, the variables were calculated using CARA software. The descriptive statistics were utilized to describe the variables.Results: The results demonstrated 1.15 mm translation in L1-2 level, 1.58 mm in L2-3 level, 2.4 mm in L3-4 level, 2.80 mm in L4-5 level and 1.18 mm in L5-S1 level. For rotational motion, results showed 10.25º rotations in L1-2 level, 11.83º in L2-3 level, 13.61º in L3-4 level, 17.11º in L4-5 level and 16.26º in L5-S1 level.Conclusion: The results of present study demonstrated average translation less than 3 mm and average rotation less than 20º in lumbar motion segments. These results concord some researchers’ ideas and contradict some others’.
