摘要：การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส โดยเน้นกระบวนการคิด สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 2) ประเมินคุณภาพของชุดกิจกรรมที่สร้างโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่เรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 20 คน ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 ของโรงเรียนวัดทองศาลางาม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส ที่เน้นกระบวนการคิดสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 2) แบบตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้และเนื้อหาของชุดกิจกรรมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส 5) แบบตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับพฤติกรรมที่ต้องการวัดของแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 6) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส 7) แบบประเมินตนเองของนักเรียน การวิจัยนี้ใช้แบบแผนการวิจัยแบบกลุ่มเดียวที่มีการทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน (One Group Pretest-Posttest Design) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (X = 4.28, S.D. = 0.40) 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบส หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน โดยแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสารละลายกรด-เบสฯ อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด (X = 4.54, S.D. = 0.76) คำสำคัญ: ชุดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์ สารละลายกรด-เบส กระบวนการคิด The purposes of this study were: 1) to develop the science activity packages on acid-base solution emphasizing thinking process for 7 th grade students, 2) to assess the quality of the science activity packages on acid-base solution by the experts, 3) to study science learning achievement of 7 th grade students, who were studying with the science activity packages on acid-base solution and 4) to study students’ satisfaction toward the science activity packages on acid-base solution. The sample group of this study was 7 th grade students (20 students) studying in the second semester of 2013 academic year in Watthongsalangam Bangkok. The research tools consisted of: 1) the science activity packages on acid-base solution for 7 th grade students, 2) the assessment form for consistency between the learning objective and the contents of the science activity packages on acid-base solution, 3) the assessment form of the quality of the science activity packages on acid-base solution by the experts, 4) the achievement test on acid-base solution, 5) the assessment form for consistency of the tests, and 6) the students’ satisfaction questionnaire toward the science activity packages on acid-base solution. The experimental research methodology; One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used in this study. The result indicated that: 1) The science activity packages by the experts were at level of very good quality (X= 4.28, S.D. = 0.40) 2) The mean scores of learning achievement of posttest were higher than those of pretest at the statistically significant .01 level. 3) The student was satisfaction toward the science activity packages on acid-base solution for 7 th grade students was at very good level of satisfaction.
