摘要：Photoactivatable heterobifunctional crosslinking agents have been used to prepare glycolipid affinity matrices by nitrene insertion into adsorbed ligand. High degrees of covalent coupling have been obtained and the method has been used to purify antisulfoglycolipid antibodies from immune serum.
