摘要：A simple procedure for the partition of triacylglycerols from albumin-bound fatty acids is described. This procedure is based on the ability of fumed silicon dioxide to remove emulsified triacylglycerols from aqueous media. The method was developed for the assay of lipoprotein lipase activity but it may be used for the assay of other lipases.
