摘要：We describe the resolution of the plasma apolipoproteins with molecular weights from 8,800 to greater than 550,000, using a 3.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate-glycerol polyacrylamide slab gel system. The simplicity of this system and the resolution of proteins over a broad range of molecular weights will make it particularly useful in investigations of apolipoprotein composition of plasma lipoproteins.
