摘要：The concentration of lipoprotein lipase of guinea pig mammary gland increases markedly just prior to parturition, reaching a maximal level within 2 hr post-partum. This level is maintained until the cessation of suckling, when the enzyme becomes undetectable within 18 hr. Most of the lipoprotein lipase of the mammary gland would appear to be accounted for by that in the retained milk.
