摘要：Improvements are described in the preparation of phosphatidylethanolamine from hen's egg and in the preparation of intermediates used in the total synthesis of racemic dioleoyl-phosphatidylethanolamine. Both preparations have been found to be potent accelerators in the Hicks-Pitney test and moderately active in the thromboplastin generation test.
