摘要：The fatty acid methyl ester mixtures obtainable from the National Heart Institute, Bethesda, Md., U.S.A., as reference standards for gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) have been examined in a number of laboratories. The results of experience with the mixtures are summarized and detailed recommendations are given of their use in assessing the accuracy of GLC equipment and procedures. The effects of several features of instrument design and operating conditions are discussed, and the recognition and correction of commonly encountered defects are described.
