摘要:The incubation of post-heparin plasma and egg phosphatidyl ethanolamine in the presence of methanol, ethanol, or glycerol resulted in the synthesis of fatty acid esters of these alcohols. This synthesis requires fatty acids derived from the degradation of phosphatidyl ethanolamine. The fatty acid transesterification activity and the post-heparin phospholipase activity were found to involve the fatty acid at the 1-position of egg phosphatidyl ethanolamine.
