摘要：The influence of narcotics in public life in Indonesia, has an impact on an emotionally unstable situation for narcotics abusers. In the world of law, narcotics abusers often commit crimes that could endanger the people around them. Hence also, in some countries of the world to make efforts to combat narcotics. One of them by punishing the perpetrators of the abuse of narcotics by type of penalties that apply in each country. Likewise in Indonesia, the perpetrators of abuse of narcotics has been at any age, so that raises the desire of the author to examine the factors that cause narcotics abuse in Indonesia.
