摘要：La investigación se centró en el análisis del proyecto de la refinería Bicentenario. Compitiendo los estados de Guanajuato e Hidalgo, México. Ambos gobiernos locales compraron tierra agrícola a los campesinos, entre 700 y 900 hectáreas, respectivamente. Se formuló en el segundo estado, dentro de la región de Atitalaquia-Tula. Sobre la base de desmontar la agricultura, el gobierno de cada estado compró las parcelas a los productores agrícolas, adquiriendo deuda con los bancos, posteriormente se contrató a más de una inmobiliaria para realizar ajustes en el terreno y levantar una barda perimetral con una inversión de aproximadamente $11,610,000,000 USD. La metodología se centra en demostrar que la representación espacial devino empíricamente en valorización del capital financiero inmobiliario y desvalorización de la tierra. En ambos estados la representación desvalorizó el territorio y valorizó la especulación de las inmobiliarias nacionales y extranjeras que se asociaron con el Estado, para ofertar los recursos naturales y la fuerza laboral. Abstract The research focused on the analysis of the project of the refinery Bicentenario, competing against two Mexican states, Hidalgo and Guanajuato. Both local governments bought agricultural land to the peasants, between 700 and 900 hectares, respectively. Was formulated in the second state, within the region of Atitalaquia-Tula, on the basis of dismantling the agriculture, the government of each state bought the land to agricultural producers, acquiring debt with the banks, and then was hired more than a real estate to make adjustments in the field and erect a fence perimeter with an investment of approximately $11,610,000,000 USD. The methodology focuses on demonstrating that the spatial representation became empirically in valuation of financial capital real estate and devaluation of the land. In both states the representation debased the territory and returned the speculation of the real estate national and foreign, who were associated with the State, to offer the natural resources and the labor force. The analysis of the phenomenon was conducted with the categories of geocriticism, ranging from the general to the particular, without excluding other authors that are dealt with in a scientific manner the subject of the representations. Were made data banks with the economic information of the region, in addition to having a follow-up of journals with the events surrounding the refinery Bicentenario, also, field visits were carried out and interviews with the actors that are directly involved in the act.
