摘要:In the/this paper a concept of an integrated informationsystem for complex management of water networksis presented. The ICT system is under development atthe Systems Research Institute (IBS PAN) in Warsaw fora couple of years and it is gradually tested in some Polishcommunal waterworks of differentiated size. Severalwaterworks management tasks requiring mathematicalmodelling, optimization and approximation algorithmscan be solved using this system. Static optimization andmulti-criteria algorithms are used for solving more complicatedtasks like calibration of the water net hydraulicmodel, water net optimization and planning, control ofpumps in the water net pump stations etc. [4] But some ofthe management tasks are simpler and can be performedby means of repetitive simulation runs of the water nethydraulic model. The water net simulation, planning ofthe SCADA system, calculation of water age and chlorineconcentration in the water net, localization of hidden waterleaks occurring in the network and planning of waternet revitalization works are the examples of such tasks executedby the ICT system. They are described in this paper.
