摘要:This paper shows the research on a flow sensor basedon graphene. Presented Results show the linear relationbetween voltage induced on graphene layer and flowvelocity. The measurement shows that signal level isrelatively low, and it is highly correlated with the timeof the sample being submerged in water. A significanttemperature dependency has been shown which indicateson necessity to develop a compensation system forthe sensor. On the other hand, induced voltage is relatedto ion concentration of the liquid, so the sensor must berecalibrated for every working environment. The mostimportant thing that turned out during research is thatalthough the voltage signal itself is highly inconsistent,the difference between its value in steady state and forflowing liquid is always visible and correlated to the flowvalue – this property can be used in further deployment.Huge advantage of the sensor is also its scalability whichopens so far unknown possibilities of applications
