摘要：The paper presents a new approach to parƟcle filtering,i.e. Dispersed ParƟcle Filter. This algorithm has been appliedto the power system, but it can also be used in othertransmission networks. In this approach, the whole networkmust be divided into smaller parts. As it has beenshown, use of Dispersed ParƟcle Filter improves the qualityof the state esƟmaƟon, compared to a simple parƟclefilter. It has been also checked that communicaƟon betweensubsystems improves the obtained results. It hasbeen checked by means of simulaƟon based on model,which has been created on the basis of knowledge aboutpracƟcally funcƟoning power systems
