摘要:Bilin-based fluorescent proteins, phycoerythrin, inducible phycocyanin, and constitutive phycocyanin, were isolated from cyanobacterium Calothrix elenkiniii by native gel electrophoresis. The purified proteins were crystallized in MgSO 4 precipitation solution. Isolation method of the bilin protein by native gel electrophoresis is easiest method, time consuming and pure, crystallization of these economically important phycobilin proteins is reliable.
