摘要：Against the assumption that Spanish political parties agreed on European policy during the Transition, this article shows that the parties’ public discourse on the matter, and AP’s in particular, was unstable and dependent on circumstances, trying to take advantage of a poorly defined but electoral valuable Europeanist image and eventually of the defense of national interests in the negotiations with the Community.
