摘要：Nowadays, with increasing competition among companies,producing product or a service that is consistent with customers’requirements is an important problem. In other words, companies shouldidentify customers’ requirements in a suitable manner and shouldimplement them in technical requirements of their products. Also, forfeasibility of technical product requirements, the conflicts between theserequirements must be eliminated in the shortest possible time. Thisresearch introduces a tool for designing transformers on the basis ofcustomers’ requirements in Iran Transfo Rey Corporation. For thispurpose first the researcher used Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment(QFD). In the process of House of Quality (HOQ) the Fuzzy AnalyticalHierarchy Process (FAHP) was used for weighting the customers’requirements and Super Decisions Software was used for calculating thereliability of the questionnaire. In the HOQ output, the importance oftechnical designing was expressed on the basis of customers’requirements. But there was a conflict between these technicalrequirements. Therefore, we used TRIZ tools based on the importance ofthese requirements for elimination the conflicts in the shortest possibletime, and this means transferring technology.
