摘要：In recent years, Niigata Prefecture has suffered from natural disasters such as earthquakes, torrential rains and heavy snowfall. In addition, staff members at the Niigata University Medical and Dental Library, where I work, have also had trouble due from the annoying behaviors of some outside users of the library. I reinvestigated the current state of security at my library, alarmed by a blackout caused by the heavy snow a well as trouble with an outside user. In this article, I report some of my attempts to improve the situation.
