摘要：Since March 2001, the Medical Media Center of Toho University has provided a free access Web page entitled “Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs)” via online for physicians, nurses, patients, and for those who are involved in healthcare services, as well as consumers. The list of CPGs states how to obtain a particular clinical practice guideline developed and refined in Japan. Because of a recent rapid increase in number of guidelines, we are now facing some difficulties in use and updating the list. In this report, author describes our practical methods for the management of the CPGs list regarding what type of pertinent information we gather from various sources for the effective update and improvement.
